The Landing Resort & Spa offers 82 rooms and suites with stone fireplaces and heated marble bathroom floors. Premier Lakefront Studio ADA features a marble roll-in shower and private balcony facing the lake. One-bedroom Lakefront Suites include over 1,000 square feet with a private bar and separate dining area. All accommodations have private balconies or patios, 55-inch flat-screen TVs, Keurig coffee machines, and walk-in rain showers with Diptyque toiletries.
Jimmy's Restaurant & Bar
Jimmy's Restaurant serves wood-fired California cuisine with lake views. The granite and onyx bar features 100 spirits and local brews. The 1,500-bottle wine vault showcases Mediterranean and Californian selections. Executive Chef Jonathan Young creates a 5-course tasting menu paired with Ehret wines. The patio has fire pits, and in-room dining is available. Seasonal offerings include Easter brunch and Mother's Day celebrations.
Spa & Recreation Facilities
The Spa offers CBD massages, Hot Stone treatments, and Thai table therapy. Facilities include heated treatment tables, steam shower rooms, and a couples' treatment room. The heated outdoor pool has ADA access, and the fitness center includes Peloton bikes. Activities include complimentary bicycle rentals, beach access, and a rooftop terrace with fireplaces. South Lake Tahoe Location
The resort is on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, three blocks from Heavenly Village casinos and galleries. It is 95 km from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. A free shuttle serves nearby restaurants and shopping. Nearby attractions include Emerald Bay State Park (accessed via Highway 89), Ski Run Marina, and the Flume Trail. The valets know the best nature spots, from Emerald Bay views to ski locations.
